Bioshock Nets a Record 12 Nominations for IAA

Could it actually be true? A new record has been set. The proverbial gauntlet has been thrown down by 2K Boston’s acclaimed sci-fi shooter. T he Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences announced their nominees for the Eleventh Annual Interactive Achievement Awards which will take place at the D.I.C.E. Summit February 7, 2008 in Las Vegas.
The 2K Boston’s eerie masterwork is up for Outstanding Innovation in Gaming, Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction, Character Performance, Story Development, Original Music Composition, Soundtrack, Sound Design, Game Design, Innovation, Action Game of the Year, Computer Game of the Year, Console game of the year and Overall Game of the Year. |
