Beatles Guitar Hero Content a Real Possibility

One of the greatest bands of all time may be coming to a living room near you. According to the Los Angeles Times’ conversation with Sony/ATV executive, Martin N. Bandier, the company may be toying with the idea of releasing Beatles content for Guitar Hero. Sony/ATV owns the rights to the Beatles music catalogue and has been very selective in the publishing of the Beatles’ material. Mr. Bandier mentioned to the LA Times that becoming a part of Guitar hero is, "something we have talked about and would like to pursue." Certainly the music is great, but we’re not sure if it is particularly well suited to the Guitar Hero franchise. After all, the Beatles were never known for their blistering solos. Of course, if it ever did release we’d still be one of the first to download the content.
