Just when you thought it was safe to exit the vault, Bethesda pulls you back in with another addition to the Fallout franchise.

Fallout 4 was announced today by the Maryland development outfit.  Apparently, the Capital Wastes are being left behind for the glitz, glamour, and… gore of Hollywood.

Taking place in LA, Fallout 4 will feature loads of mutants and more weapons than have ever been featured in a Fallout title.  When asked what it was like creating another game in the series, this time in a nuclear-devastated LA, Bethesda’s Todd Howard, Executive Producer and Game Director, replied, “Oh, well, it actually takes place in modern-day LA. I'm not sure if it actually did suffer through a nuclear holocaust in our game.”

Apparently Snoop Dogg and Seth Rogen will be playable characters, with half-crazed film director Uwe Bolle also making an appearance in the game.  For many more details, check out our in-depth preview by clicking HERE.
