Dark Souls III
You are going to have quite a bit of free time soon. The holidays are approaching, which means expanses of days and nights where you’ll have no prior commitment. The time has come to play Dark Souls III, the hardest From Software game since, well, Dark Souls II. Dark Souls III begins with the Age of Fire in peril. The Age of Dark is upon us, and the only way to keep the cursed and undead from rising and destroying everything is to prolong the First Flame by having heroes and lords sacrifice themselves. Except they don’t do that. They flee instead.
You’ll need to use weapons like swords, daggers, spears, fists, staves, and bows and their skills to hit gigantic and terrifying enemies where it hurts, as well as use magic and Estus Flasks to complement your build. With incredibly detailed maps, tons of worthy opponents, and the ability to go online to aid or terrorize other players, Dark Souls III will put you through your paces for days, weeks, and maybe even months.
