As you know we prefer to give our system awards to games that are exclusive to the system they appear on. Resident Evil 4 was a GC exclusive for quite a few months before it appeared on the PS2 later in 2005, so technically we'll allow it. Plus it's pretty hard to argue against a game as well put together as RE4 is. Capcom's seminal survival horror franchise was so darn good that many people dropped cash on a Cube just to play that game! And one last thing - any game that warrants its own authentic bloodspattered chainsaw controller is A-OK in our books.
