CCC: Where there any problems developing Vegas 2 for any of these three machines?

SM: As it was the sequel and it's the same engine, its Unreal 3 still, we were a lot more comfortable and we had addressed our problems, basically. So before, the PS3 version came out much later after the Xbox 360 version. We had some issues at launch that we had to patch for some things; this is not the case this time. We learned our lessons basically. The development has been moving side by side, so no, I don't think you're going to see a major difference. We've dealt with our problems basically.

CCC: Are there any plans for downloadable content, and if so, can you talk about what it will be and when it will become available?

SM: Right now I can't discuss that, I'm afraid. The announcements are yet to be made; sorry about that.

CCC: Will there be a demo for Vegas 2, and when would it become available?

SM: I don't think we're planning a demo right now.

CCC: Will the multiplayer still support sixteen players this time around or has that number changed?

SM: Absolutely. When you have a dedicated server it will support sixteen, but if it is peer to peer, it is only fourteen.

CCC: Have you made any tweaks to the excellent cover system from the original Vegas?

SM: You'll notice that the camera is slightly different, but the core mechanics are basically the same. The camera has just been improved; it feels a bit tighter, and you actually have a slightly narrower field of view, but it has been moved closer to compensate for that. You see the character a lot better now, and when you move over to the side it feels a lot more natural.

CCC: So do you think that the camera improvements will help make the game more accessible or easier to play?

SM: You can see a bit better. Also, on that point, we have a different difficulty level. Previously we had normal and realistic, we now have a casual mode. It is a lot easier, and we do things to help people out. It is still Rainbow; we're not going to totally hold your hand, but it is a lot easier. If you are having difficulties, you can step it back a level and go ahead and get through it, and similarly when you get better at it you can step up.
