This guide will not cover the mini-games but it will include everything you need to get from the start to the end of the game. WALKTHROUGH This guide assumes you know how to jump, walk and run etc. There are 14 missions in all. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mission 1 Obstacle Course (Trainer Level) You must stay on the path of the course and this is what this level is teaching you in regardsto playing the game correctly. Jump over the blue block, run around the corner and jump over the brown block with a double jump. Another set of blue and brown blocks and you come to blocks stacked like steps. Jump, then double jump, then climb the carpet covered box to the arm of the couch. Once you are on the couch run across jumping over the blue blocks quickly to avoid the trap- gun being shot at Roddy. Or you can also double jump to the back of the couch and just run across that way. Jump at the rope and swing across to the end table. Grab the jewel (if needed) and continue left. Jumping at the yellow bubble will make Roddy swing his pin around to fly a short bit like a helecopter guide Roddy to the blue bubble for more flight. Landing on the next couch you again want to avoid the trap-gun and get across. (Staying to the right near the couch may make this easier). Climb the carpet covered box at the end and jump at the glowing pole end which Roddy will slide down. Go straight ahead for the bubbles grabbing each to get to the top of the tv set and grab the gold coin, and make your way back with the bubbles to the side-couch. Go over to the two blocks and jump at the glowing pole and he will slide down again. Climb up the cloth to the coffee table. Run to the middle and watch the cutscene getting you ready to learn swordplay on the chessboard. Knock over the chess piece with a few swipes and then take out little mice dudes who come up to as you learn all the move combinations this trainer level is guiding you through. Walk up to the "H" block and press the action button to grab and pull the block. Pull it over to the beginning of the block towers (next the stack of 2), press action again to let go and carefully double-jump up each pillar to the bookcase. Carefully get by the first moving book walking to the right (you cannot jump above them, that would be too easy.) At the next blue book, if you get to the edge Roddy will back his back up to it, now shimmy across over the where the balls are falling down and time your run to get past the book and the balls. (You can hide against the books just before crossing them and the ball will go right by you). Now it's up to level 2 of the bookcase. Grab the yellow bubble and float up to the next shelf. Same thing again, run across the shelf keeping close to the books and letting the balls go by. Climb up the tilted book at the end and grab onto the 3rd shelf avoiding the balls. Run across this 3rd shelf (the balls kept hitting my tail on this one so I jumped over them too). Run across the plank to the next bookcase. Slide down the flagpole the shelf just below. Grab the coin. Jump onto the flagpole again and down to the next shelf. Again run across avoiding all the moving books and balls to the grey book and climb up to the next shelf, run across again to a blue book and up to the 3rd shelf again. Avoiding more balls and books get across this shelf to the mantle. Grab the flying ball and get to the coin. Run across the mantle and watch the cutscene. Slide down the pole to the floor to talk with little mice dudes. Find a way into the kitchen through the pantry. Grab the yellow ball and flyin up to the 2nd shelf with the swinging tires. Get past the 3 tires (yoyo's?) and jump onto the red pepper box, then the sugar box to the soap box. Jumping onto the tupperware container makes Roddy jump really high up. Get to the next shelf this way. Traverse the cans avoiding the (yep their yoyo's) to the other side and climb the rope catch the bubble to fly to the next shelf again avoiding the yoyo's. There is a coin here on this shelf to the left. Climb onto the strange soup box and there's the window to the kitchen. Jump onto the ledge. Find a way to the kitchen sink. Use the blue spinner ball to get to the rope, slide down and get across the counter avoiding the trap-gun. Run over to the stovetop again avoiding the next trap gun get around the countertops final surface. Get the ruby at the top of the biscuit box if you need it. Jump to the container hanging there and get the yellow spinner balls to each level of the hanging containers. Grab the rope at the glowing point with a double-jump to grab your way across the kitchen to the hanging light fixture with the coin on it. Carefully drop to get the coin and then use the blue spinner ball to get to the rope in the middle. Slide down to the counter and walk over to little mice dudes. Watch the cutscene with Sid and get flushed down the toilet. End of Mission. Mission 2 Speak with Socketset Talk with the crazy guy with the sign, to hear about the flood that's coming. Follow the dock to his right and down to the lovely green sewer water lake. (You can see purple spinner-balls over there too). Watch the cutscene. Go up and talk to Socketset who compliments you on your nicely dressed attire. He mentions the need to acquire flies. To Collect flies. Walk up past the magnifying glass to where the bottlecap and quarter are and jump to the top of the pipe which will break and drop you down further into the sewer. Find the glow point and hit action. You will have to repeatedly press the order of buttons it shows you to get this door open. Forward we go and to the left into the pipe. Scary down here what with the cobwebs and all. Follow the pipe to its end and Roddy will jump out showing you a cutscene of the level with the robot. Jump to the salt shaker and the pepper shaker to the purple spinner-ball. Get to the next pipe and collect what looks like a nut or bolt item. Jump to the next purple spinner-ball making it over to the next long pipe. Carefully travel along this pipe without falling into the sewage or you'll die. Ignore the sets of popsicle sticks over to the robots feet and instead jump over them to the next pipe and onto the matchbox to get to inside pipe on the other side. Run through this pipe and at the end jump to the rope in the middle and slide down. Using your best attacks fight off the two spider guys and get their coins. What I did was just stayed on top of the hat we landed on and waited for them to come over and bopped them on the head. Then double-jump to the milk carton and then to the paint can, paintbrush, and ledge. Up at the top of the ledge is a box of bolts again. Back down and jump across to the fence and slide sideways over to where the fence behind him. Jump over to it slide around to the left and jump back to the other fence and slide again to the right. Climb down and jump onto the plank. Double jump to the pipe and up to the ledge and at the blue spinner-ball. Kill off the two spiders (I did it this time with a good double jump and stab) Get the extra ruby if you need it, (I did), and move on down the hall and get two more spiders outa da way. Into another pipe and follow it to the end. Stand on the bottle cap and the platform rises you to a new room. Take out the two slugs with 3 good whacks apiece. Follow the path upwards taking out two more spiders and at the top is another 4 more spiders to kill. Jump to the popsicle sticks and get the ruby if you need it. Now climb the milk box and jump across to the purple spinner-balls and get the bucket o'bolts over on top of the pipe again. Come back around again and climb popsicle sticks into the next pipe. Carefully jump onto the fan and ride it around to the next pipe entrance. Go through and defeat the 3 slugs and make it across to the next pipe. Run through this drop down and kill the spider. Jump up to the pipe and to the purple spinner-balls and get across these to the other side of the room (If you want there is a box of bolts below for salvage but you have to make your way back up again). At the top you'll have to jump across to the fence, climb up,slide to the left, jump back and go to the glowspot for the bar and slide over to the ledge to get into the next pipe tunnel. Follow the tunnels till you get to a room with all different color spinner balls. Kill 2 spiders. Fly up to the first ledge using the purple and blue spinner balls, follow the sticks up the ramp and jump across to the rope with a double jump. Kill another spider. Go straight ahead and double jump to the purple spinner ball getting to the fence. Slide left, drop down and use the next purple ball to get to the ledge with the box. Push the box over the grate. There is a ruby and a box of bolts still in this room if you want or need them. Continue into the tunnel that has opened up. Jump and climb up the rope to the next tunnel where you will have to run AT the camera avoiding a ball and carefully slide to the right at the end of the tunnel. Continue to the tunnel on the right and now your up to the robots arms. Climb the rope. Jump onto the arm (without falling) jump across using the purple spinner-ball to the other arm. Jump to the plank and into the next pipe tunnel to the electrocution room. Carefully time your jumps to avoid the electricity and get to the next pipe. Then another two electric ledges to some popsicle sticks. Swing across the rope and use the blue spinner-balls to get to the next ledge. (Or a box of bolts), then go into the next pipe tunnel to the alphabet block/spider room. Spell out the word: S-P-I-D-E-R-S or you will die. In the next room kill the spiders and then use the ropes to get to the shelf in the middle of the room above. Just as you land on it use the glow spot to slide off or you'll fall with it and die. Climb the ramp on the other side and avoid the falling balls by double-jumping to the pipe on the right. Time your jump off the pipe during the pause and get into the next pipe tunnel. In this room push to block forward and climb on it to double-jump to the ledge (get the bolts), then double jump to the pipe on the right, and double jump again to the next pipe and to the other side. Pull the lever and drop down. Go through the tunnel that just opened. Double jump up to the slugs and kill them. Climb the rope and we are now above the robots head. (Finally eh?) Carefully jump to the pipe without falling like I did several times. Jump onto the head and into the pipe tunnel on the other side. Crossing onto the next platform will rise and allow you to capture 6 flies. Not much to say here,just navigate the room until you captured all six flies. Return to Piccadilly. (There's a path from the ground area that you'll find and it will turn you around till you collect all the flies). Shimmy around the ledge on the right. Double jump to the ledge across the sewer. Run through the next tunnel path and your done!! Enjoy a cutscene with Rita. Mission 3 Recover the stolen ruby from The Toad. Enter the Warehouse. As Rita, you are running, so go to the right and get rid of the annoying henchwith your whip. Go over the bridge and make a quick right to learn how to use your bungee. Hit the bungee button or Whitey will capture you. Drop down and get the box of bolts. Avoid Spike as well. (Hint: You can tell if she has a bungee point locked on if you see her hand in the upper right hand corner holding the hook).
