Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit a profile file in the "\empire interactive\sst\profiles\" folder. Locate the "UnlockedItemIDs:" line and replace the numbers that follow with:

Start the game with the "-devuser" command line parameter. Then while playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Type "help" as a console command to display all the cheat codes. Type one of those codes at the console window and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function:
