Successfully complete 100 Kumite mode with a perfect score. Then while selecting the option for R. Dramatic Battle mode, hold L + R + Select. Then, choose a world tour character. In this mode, the CPU has unlimited specials. Successfully complete this mode to unlock unlimited auto-guard Isms.
Successfully complete Arcade mode. Then at the character selection screen, highlight M.Bison and hold Select while choosing him.
Successfully complete Arcade mode. Then at the character selection screen, highlight Vega and hold Select while choosing him.
At the character selection screen, highlight Chun-Li and hold Select while choosing her. Then, choose X-ism to play as Chun-Li in her Street Fighter II costume.
Successfully complete Arcade mode with Evil Ryu. Then at the character selection screen, highlight Akuma (Gouki) and hold Select while choosing him.
While selecting Final Battle mode, hold L + R to fight against Shin Akuma (Gouki).
Select a World Tour or Entry Mode character. Then, successfully complete any mode that allows an Entry Mode character to be played without using any continues.
Go to the "Button Configuration" screen at the options menu. Then, go down to "Select" and "Taunt" should appear next to it. Press Right until it reads "S.COMBO1 LVL1". The number after "S.COMBO" corresponds to what super combo you want to use. The number after the "LVL" represents what level you want the move to be. For example, to have Ryu use his Shinkuu-hadouken at the highest level, scroll until it reads "S.COMBO1 LVL3". This can also be done from the pause menu.
