At the team selection team, highlight either team furthest to the right. Then, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Right to display an additional team. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a clapping sound.
At the title screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Circle. You will be able to adjust the view from a different angle.
