Extra levels

Beat all 150 regular levels, then select "1 Player" from the main menu. Then, select "The Final" option that appears to play the extra levels.

Cheat mode (PAL version)

While playing the game, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select on controller two to enable cheat mode. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Then the following codes may be activated.

Bonus level

While playing the game, press Triangle, Up, Triangle, L2, L1, L2, Square, X.

Bonus level cleared

While playing the game, press Right, Circle, Square, L1, Square, Circle(2), Square.

Temporary invincibility

While playing the game, press Right, Down, L1, R2, R1, Circle, Triangle, Square. For the European/Australian PAL version, press R1, Circle, Triangle, Square while playing the game.

30,000 extra points

While playing the game, press Square, Up, Down, L2, R1, Triangle, X, Triangle.

Toggle motion blur effect

While playing the game, press Right, Circle, L2, Circle, R1, Circle, Square, Circle. For the European/Australian PAL version, press Right, Circle, L2, Circle, R1, Circle, Square, Circle, Right, Down, L1, R2 while playing the game.

Extra time in time trial mode

While playing the game, press Circle, L1, Triangle, Triangle, Circle, X, Triangle, Down in time trail mode to add thirty seconds to the timer. Note: This may only be done once per level.

Chess pattern background

While playing the game, press L1, Circle, Left, Right, L2, Left, R2(2).
