Successfully complete Story mode to unlock the "S" rank missions.
Successfully complete all normal and "S" rank missions to unlock the Kakashi Gaiden story.
Successfully complete Chapter 6 to unlock Choji.
Successfully complete Chapter 9 to unlock Gaara.
Successfully complete the Kakashi Gaiden story to unlock Hoshigake Kisame in Two Player Vs. mode.
Successfully complete Chapter 1 to unlock Kakashi.
Successfully complete Chapter 8 to unlock Might Guy.
Successfully complete Chapter 3 to unlock Neji.
Successfully complete Chapter 5 to unlock Rock Lee.
Successfully complete Chapter 1 to unlock Sakura.
Successfully complete Story mode two times to unlock Sasuke.
Successfully complete Chapter 4 to unlock Shikamaru.
Successfully complete Story mode two times and all 35 missions and survival misions to unlock Temari.
Successfully complete the Kakashi Gaiden story to unlock Uchiha Itachi in Two Player Vs. mode.
During the loading screens that have the Konoha symbol in the bottom right corner, quickly rotate the Right Analog-stick in circles. If done correctly, a blue Chakara Ball will appear and refill some of your Chakra gauge.
When you play the missions where you have to protect something or hold off enemies for a certain amount of time, just use Shikamaru's Kage Mane no Jutsu. The attack holds off all the opponents you capture and they will not respawn unless you kill them. You can hold them off for as long as desired.
When fighting the Shirogane girl's Giant Puppet Bee, switch to Lee, and lock onto the bee. Make sure you have lots of Rations As or Bs. Once you have locked onto the bee, repeatedly use Dynamic Entry, and use rations to replenish Chakra when needed. This will kill the bee quickly.
