My daughter loves Neopets. Seriously loves them. She's on the Neopets website quite often. It's quite the little phenomona, much like Pokemon. The idea is to raise these little pets and fight them. I think. And maybe buy stuff for them. I don't know. I don't pay much attention. I'm sure she'll be pleasantly excited when I tell her about this new game coming from Sony and Neopets Inc. She'll freak when she sees the screenshot of that Neopet fighting the other Neopet and the other screenshot of....the hallway! Way to get us excited Sony. Send a screenshot of a hallway! What a hallway! Woohoo!! Can't wait to visit the hallway!! I hope that hallway is in the game or I'll be mighty disappointed.

From the looks of the press material, it appears that Sony has yanked out everything Neopetish from Neopets the PS2 game and turned it into a fighting adventure game that only stars two characters. On second thought, maybe my daughter won't be that impressed. Come to think of it, I'm not even sure I like that hallway screenshot any longer either.
