Note: This game is also titled Street Fighter Zero: Fighters Generation.
Successfully complete Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, and Pocket Fighter to unlock the Arrange mode versions of Street Fighter Alpha 2, Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, and Street Fighter Alpha 3. Arrange mode is started by holding Select while selecting those games at the game selection menu. Successfully complete those three games in Arrange mode. Then, highlight Street Fighter Alpha at the game selection menu and press Select to access Hyper Street Fighter Alpha.
Unlock all the games, including the Arrange mode versions and Hyper Street Fighter Zero. Then, highlight Street Fighter Alpha at the game selection menu and press Select + X. Choose the "Options" selection at the Street Fighter Alpha main menu, then press R1 + X.
Hyper Street Fighter Alpha
Note: This game is also titled Hyper Street Fighter Zero.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R2 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Display Options" selection.
Street Fighter Alpha
Note: This game is also titled Street Fighter Zero.
At the character selection screen, highlight the "Random" selection. Then for player one, hold Start and press Down(3), Left(3), then press LP + HP or LK + HK. For player two, hold Start and press Down(3), Right(3), then press LP + HP or LK + HK.
At the character selection screen, highlight the "Random" selection. Then for player one, hold Start and press LP, LK, MK, HK, HP, MP. For player two, hold Start and press HP, HK, MK, LK, LP, MP.
At the character selection screen, highlight the "Random" selection. Then for player one, hold Start and press Down(2), Left(2), Down, Left, then press LP + HP or LK + HK. For player two, hold Start and press Down(2), Right(2), Down, Right, then press LP + HP or LK + HK.
Hold Start and select Arcade mode. Select your character and set any desired option while Start is still held. Then, quickly hold MP + MK while Start is still held until Akuma appears. If done correctly, Akuma will do a Shun-Goku-Satsu on your first opponent and he will be your next opponent.
Select "Dramatic Battle", then immediately hold Triangle + R2.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R2 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Display Options" selection.
Street Fighter Alpha 2
Note: This game is also titled Street Fighter Zero 2.
Select Two Player mode. Then at the character selection screen, hold Start and highlight Sagat for five seconds, then highlight another character, release Start and press X.
Select Two Player mode. Then at the character selection screen, hold Start and highlight Bison for five seconds, then highlight another character, release Start and press X.
At the character selection screen, hold Start and move the pointer over Chun-Li. Allow it to highlight Chun-Li for five seconds, then press one of the following buttons to select the corresponding color:
- Any Punch: Blue
- All Punch: Green
- Any Kick: Pink
- All Kick: Black
- All Punch: Green
At the character selection screen, highlight Ryu. Hold Start for one second, then highlight Adon, Akuma, Adon, and back to Ryu (in order). Then, hold Start and press X.
At the character selection screen, highlight Chun-Li, then hold Start for five seconds.
Successfully complete the game and exit out. Highlight the "Street Fighter Alpha 2" option at the game selection menu, then hold Select and press X to start the game. Highlight Dhalsim at the character selection screen, then hold Start and press Left, Down, Right, Up, X.
Successfully complete the game and exit out. Highlight the "Street Fighter Alpha 2" option at the game selection menu, then hold Select and press X to start the game. Highlight Zangief at the character selection screen, then hold Start and press Down, Left(4), Up(2), Right(4), Down, X.
At the character selection screen, highlight Akuma (Gouki) and hold Start for five seconds. Then, press any punch or kick button to select them, then release Start.
While playing the game, press Select + Start to display the "Qsound" or "Press Start Button" screen. Then, hold R2 + Triangle and press Start to display the main menu. While at the main menu, highlight the "Arcade mode" with R2 + Triangle still held and press Start or X to unlock China-dress Chun-Li, Evil Ryu, and Street Fighter 2 Dhalsim/Zangief as opponents. In the Japanese version of the game, press Select + Start while playing the game to display the "Qsound" or "Press Start Button" screen. Then, hold R2 + Triangle + X and press Start to display the main menu. While at the main menu, highlight the "Arcade mode" with R2 + Triangle + X still held and press Start or Circle to unlock China-dress Chun-Li as an opponent.
Select "Dramatic Battle", then immediately hold Triangle + R2.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R2 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Display Options" selection.
Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold
Note: This game is also titled Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha.
At the character selection screen, highlight Chun-Li and press Start.
At the character selection screen, highlight Chun-Li and press Start(2).
At the character selection screen, highlight Dhalsim and press Start.
At the character selection screen, highlight Ken and press Start.
At the character selection screen, highlight M. Bison (Vega) and press Start.
At the character selection screen, highlight Ryu and press Start(2).
At the character selection screen, highlight Ryu and press Start.
At the character selection screen, highlight Sagat and press Start.
At the character selection screen, highlight Sakura and press Start(5).
At the character selection screen, highlight Shin Akuma (Gouki) and press Start(5).
At the character selection screen, highlight Zangief and press Start.
At the main menu, hold MP + MK and press Start while selecting Arcade mode. If you entered the code correctly, the character selection screen will be blue instead of orange. Select any character and Shin Akuma (Gouki) will be your first opponent.
While playing the game, press Select + Start to display the "Qsound" or "Press Start Button" screen. Then, hold R2 + Triangle and press Start to display the main menu. While at the main menu, highlight the "Arcade mode" with R2 + Triangle still held and press Start or X to unlock China-dress Chun-Li, Evil Ryu, Street Fighter 2 Chun-Li, Ryu, Dhalsim, Zangief, Ken, Sagat, Bison, Sakura palette swap, and Cammy as opponents. In the Japanese version of the game, press Select + Start while playing the game to display the "Qsound" or "Press Start Button" screen. Then, hold R2 + Triangle + X and press Start to display the main menu. While at the main menu, highlight the "Arcade mode" with R2 + Triangle + X still held and press Start or Circle to unlock China-dress Chun-Li, "Satsui No Hadou" Ryu, Street Fighter 2 Chun-Li, Ryu, Dhalsim, Zangief, Ken, Sagat, Vega, and Sakura palette swap as opponents.
Select "Dramatic Battle", then immediately hold Triangle + R2.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R2 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Display Options" selection.
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Note: This game is also titled Street Fighter Zero 3.
At the character selection screen, highlight Karin for approximately three seconds. Then, highlight a "Random Select" box, hold Up or Down (away from the characters) and press any punch or kick button.
At the character selection screen, highlight Karin for approximately three seconds. Then, highlight a "Random Select" box, hold Left or Right (away from the characters) and press any punch or kick button.
At the character selection screen, highlight Karin for approximately three seconds. Then, highlight a "Random Select" box, hold Start and press any punch or kick button.
Successfully complete the game and exit out. Highlight the "Street Fighter Alpha 3" option at the game selection menu, then hold Select and press X to start the game in Arrange mode. Highlight Akuma (Gouki) at at the character selection screen, then press Start, X.
Successfully complete the game and exit out. Highlight the "Street Fighter Alpha 3" option at the game selection menu, then hold Select and press X to start the game in Arrange mode. Highlight M. Bison (Vega) at the character selection screen, then press Down(4), X.
Play through Arcade mode with Sagat. Once you reach Stage 9 after Shin M. Bison leaves, you will fight Ryu Plus. Note: Ryu Plus's theme is the one that plays when the announcer says "Final Round!".
Select "Dramatic Battle", then immediately hold Triangle + R2.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R2 while choosing the "Game Option" selection.
At the options menu, hold R1 while choosing the "Display Options" selection.
Use the following trick to fight the end Boss (usually M. Bison) immediately. Select Arcade mode and choose a character and any desired options. Then, immediately hold Start + LP + MK + HP until M. Bison appears at the vs. screen.
Select Arrange mode and enter the style selection screen with the "Normal", "Mazi", "Saikyo", and "Classic" options. Highlight the "Classic" option, then hold Start and press Down. The pointer will disappear. Press X to begin in Shadaloo mode, where any character can have M.Bison's Z-Ism.
Unlock Hyper Street Fighter Alpha at the game selection menu. Start Street Fighter Alpha 3, then press Left after one of the modes.

While selecting Balrog's or Bison II's background at the character selection screen, hold Start to hear different music.
