      12-Pac: Successfully complete Story mode on the Medium difficulty setting.

      Gold Tooth: Successfully complete Story mode on the Hard difficulty setting.

      Port Of Death: Successfully complete Story mode on the Medium difficulty setting. This level is not selectable in Story mode.

  • Transylvania level

    Successfully complete Transylvania in Story mode to unlock the Transylvania level.

  • Greece Deathmatch level

    Sucessfully complete the Greece mini-game in Story mode to unlock the Greece Deathmatch level.
