Have a saved game file from Yakuza/Ryuu Ga Gotoku on your memory card to unlock Haruka's Chocolate, First Aid Kit, Necklace, Pearls/Beads, and Talisman.
Successfully complete all battles at the Battle Arena to unlock the Dragon Tonfar Baton.
Successfully complete the food and alcohol list under the menu by eating and drinking everything on the list to unlock the Dragon's Cloth.
Successfully complete all Heat Actions on the list under the menu to unlock the Knowledge of the Fighting God.
Successfully complete all substories/sidequests to unlock the Photon Blade RG.
Successfully complete the game on the Easy difficulty setting with no deaths to get two million extra yen. Successfully complete the game on the Normal, Hard, or EX Hard difficulty setting with no deaths to get three million extra yen.
Die two times at any point in the game to unlock the Easy difficulty setting.
Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty setting to unlock the Hard difficulty setting.
Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty setting to unlock the EX Hard difficulty setting.
