Hereby I bring you a complete walkthrough of CSI: Deadly Intent. A walkthrough that makes you win the game with all awards and earn a 100% completion. Keep in mind though, that this CSI has no quizzes or puzzles for evaluation after the case ends. That said you will not be able to get a 100% unless you learn how the things work. There are four factors in 100% completion: Thoroughness, Skill, Cunning and Awards. Thoroughness: You earn points for this by searching every place which is available to look at. Even the places where there's no evidence around. You can get 100% on this by reading this guide. Skill: You earn skill points by using your evidence and tools wisely. Meaning you should first look by yourself and make sure it's right, before pushing the confirm match button. Otherwise you lose skill points. You can get help on this by reading this guide, but there's no guarantee that you will get a 100% on it by reading the guide because one wrong click would mean you have lost points. Cunning: You earn cunning points by asking all the right questions. For example if you accuse a suspect without evidence and they deny it, you lose cunning points. Also, if you ask Brass for a warrant and present him with the wrong evidence, you will also lose cunning points. You can get 100% on this by reading this guide. Awards: You get different awards for doing different stuff in the game. You can get 100% on this by reading this guide. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Game History [GAME] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2003) (PC, Mac, Xbox) * CSI: Dark Motives (2004) (PC, Nintendo DS) * CSI: Miami (2004) (PC) * CSI: 3 Dimensions of Murder (2006) (PC, PlayStation 2) * CSI: Hard Evidence (2007) (PC, Xbox 360, Wii) * CSI: Miami (2008) (cell phone) * CSI: NY (2008) (PC) * CSI: Deadly Intent (2009) (PC, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS) Having played all those games really made me want to play the latest one too of course! And while I do like all the CSI games, CSI: NY didn't live up to expectation completely in my opinion. Although I'm happy to have finished all the CSI's. One big setback in this new one though compared to the older ones, is that there are no puzzles but you do get some stuff to assemble time to time. Some improved stuff in this game is the graphics, ease of game play, a better tutorial at the beginning and of course a more realistic lab. As always, you're the 'new guy' or 'new gal' at the CSI and try to impress others with your skills and get popular around there. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Controls [CONTROLLS] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |Open PDA | Esc | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |Go Back | Right Mouse Button | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |Skip Conversation/Video | Space | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |General Navigation | Left Mouse Button | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Case 1 - Broken Hearted [CASE01] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Partner : Nick Stokes Locations : 3 Difficulty : Medium After the case intro finishes, start asking Nick questions right away. A: You must have clicked too much looking for a minutiae and the game punished you with skill points deduction. Or perhaps tried to confirm a match on something that didn't match. Either way the walkthrough has been tested and it works for 100% completion in all cases. Unfortunately to get a 100% skill point, you would have to start the case all over again and be perfect with no errors in the lab. But hey, it gives you like three awards to be more and more accurate in the lab so I bet it'd worth it. Q: Some of the stuff you say can be done in a different order too! A: Well, basically you can always do most of stuff in any order. What matters is, which one is the fastest. I try to give you the shortest way possible.
