At the United States map in Campaign mode, press Start to enter the options menu. Select the "Cheats" option, then enter one of the following codes to unlock the corresponding cheat function:

Infinite money

At the cheat menu, press X(2), A(2), Y.

Raise Political Reputation 1 point

At the cheat menu, press X, B(2), X, B to raise your faction's Political Reputation in Campaign mode.

Skip Campaign mode week

At the cheat menu, press X, Y, X, B, A to skip to the next Campaign mode week. Additionally, your faction will be the only one that can attack a territory until your turn ends.

Win battle

At the cheat menu, press A, B(2), A, Y to automatically win the current battle.

Win Civil War

At the cheat menu, press X, B, A, B, Y. The continental United States will be unified by your faction and can win the Civil War.

At the cheat menu, press B, X(3), A.

Arizona Territory controlled

At the cheat menu, press B, X(2), A, X.

Carolinas controlled
