And while the multiclash modes are certainly fun and entertaining, it's the construction mode that really pushes the series beyond the norm. Construction mode essentially gives you control over designing a stunt track. You start off with a pretty basic track with a pretty general set of tricks. However, as you progress in career mode, and more content becomes unlockable, you'll garner the means to build the ultimate stunt course. And once you create this course, you can post it online and challenge other stuntmen from across the globe to see if they can take on your course. This mode, while requiring a decent level of commitment to be successful, is one of the best uses I've seen of an online function. It really immerses you, and provides a unique challenge in the online community.

The overall look of the game is excellent, and the game really shines in all it's 1080i glory. Stunt courses are vivid and very distinct. One real asset that the graphics have is their sharpness. In a game that puts such a high premium on being exactly on point, it is absolutely essential for everything to look vivid and for the graphics to emphasize great detail. And the visuals not only emphasize this detail, but they use colors, textures, and just the right amount of cinematics to bring the world of the stuntman to life.
Sound for this game is pretty good, and the voice acting among the various directors and the stunt coordinator is top notch. However, there was one area that I was somewhat disappointed with, and that was the music department. I was expecting more music to accompany the different stunt courses, and I found the weird occasional interjections of music to be a little annoying in the career mode. But oddly enough, this problem is rectified in the online mode.
Overall, Stuntman: Ignition is a great game for fans of the automotive genre. But it makes itself very accessible for those who may not pride themselves on their excellent driving skills or incredibly precise gaming. So I would heartily recommend Stuntman: Ignition to anyone looking to inject a little high octane gaming in their life! It not only has a solid one-player gameplay, but it also features solid visuals and engaging online modes.
