Successfully complete Story mode. Then at the title screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start. Additional costumes will now be available at the "Unlocks" menu.

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding concept art:
- Concept Art #1: Get 100 shank kills.
- Concept Art #2: Get 100 kills with the chains.
- Concept Art #3: Get 100 kills with dual pistols.
- Concept Art #4: Get 100 kills with the katana.
- Concept Art #5: Get 100 kills with grenades.
- Concept Art #6: Get 100 kills with the Uzi.
- Concept Art #2: Get 100 kills with the chains.
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock a Gamerpic:
- Get 100 shotgun kills.
- Get 100 dual machete kills.
Use the handguns to shoot off the screen to kill enemies that are active, but not visible yet. Note: This does not always work.
Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:
- Just That Good (25 points): Complete the single player campaign on Hard mode.
