Surf's Up
At the main menu, select the "Extras" option, then choose the "Cheat Codes" selection. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:
- All championship locations
Enter "FREEVISIT" as a code to unlock all championship locations.
- All Leaf Sliding locations
Enter "GOINGDOWN" as a code to unlock all Leaf Sliding locations.

- Geek: Get 60,000 points in Pen Gu South 4.
- Tank: Get 40,000 points in the Boneyards.
- Tatsuhi: Get 15,000 points in Pen Gu South 2.
- Big Z: Get 100,000 points in Legendary Wave.
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding accessories for all characters:
- Back accessories: Get 30,000 points in Shiverpool 1.
- Wrist accessories: Get 40,000 points in Pen Gu South 3.
Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:

- Too Many Shells (50 points): Get a total of 20 Shells.
- Record Man! (100 points): Get a total of 27 Shells.
- The Beach Kid (50 points): Unlock Arnold by getting the second shell in Shiverpool 2.
- Wild Encounter (100 points): Unlock Elliot by getting the second shell in Volcano 2.
- The Geek (50 points): Unlock Geek by getting the second shell in Pen-Gu South 4.
- Figure from the Past (100 points): Unlock Z by getting the second shell in Pen-Gu North legendary.
- King of Boneyards (100 points): Get 1 Trophy in Boneyards.
- Beginner's Luck (10 points): Get 1 Trophy in Shiverpool area.
