A CD Projekt Red Team Photo Is Hidden in The Witcher 3

Developers like to leave secrets in their game to let folks know they were there. Chrono Trigger has a developer ending, while Ratchet & Clank has an Insomniac Museum. Now, it turns out a The Witcher 3 exploit allows owners of the Blood and Wine expansion to see the development team.

To see CD Projekt Red in The Witcher 3 , you need the Debug Console Enabler mod from Skomski and Co. This allows someone to teleport to Blood and Wine’s mountain plain, which can only be reached with a mod. Once someone gets Geralt to this secret place, it’s possible to stumble across a blank banner stretched between stone columns. Using Geralt’s Witcher ability reveals a secret picture of the developers. Pretty neat, right?

Here’s the actual video from Pippo311lp, in case you want to see exactly how to reach this hidden place in The Witcher 3 .

I think what I like most about this discovery is that it encourages people to hunt down The Witcher 3 secrets with mods or exploits. It’s refreshing in an era where people are punished for cheating or unorthodox play in games like The Division. It makes you wonder what other secrets could still be buried in The Witcher 3 !
