Call of Duty: World War II War Mode Maps Leaked

Call of Duty: World War II War Mode Maps Leaked

Call of Duty: World War II is releasing on November 3, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, so you can be sure the leaks are coming hot and heavy now. Most recently, a Reddit user by the name of GarandLover revealed some specifics about War mode. Some of the revelations were a bit of a let-down, but there are blue skies beyond those clouds.

A quick note to point out first is the Day One patch for Call of Duty: WWII . As it turns out, this required patch will be 9GB. That’s a bit much, but massive Day One patches seem to be the norm nowadays. This will be required a required download for physical copy owners of the game. Presumably it will automatically download for those with a digital copy of Call of Duty: WWII .

Past the nitty gritty, GarandLover revealed that the War mode for Call of Duty: WWII will only have three maps. We already knew about Operation Breakout thanks to the beta, and the other two that will be available at launch are Operation Griffin and Neptune. Many players and fans were expecting much more from Sledgehammer Games at launch, but obviously further maps will be released in DLC in the future.

The silver lining here is the fact that you can not only play War mode with friends and general public, you can also play it offline with bots! Pretty cool, considering a lot of games are suffering from online-only modes. Call of Duty: WWII ‘s War mode will allow up to 12 players to battle. There will also be a deadly intense difficulty mode for the real MVPs to play.

It’s just a few short days to the official launch of Call of Duty: World War II ! Are you ready?
