Call of Duty: WWII’s Delayed Points Coming November 21

Call of Duty: WWII’s Delayed Points Coming November 21

Love ’em or hate ’em, microtransactions definitely seem here to stay. Companies left and right are integrating them into games that otherwise never would have seen them added. Still others are simply carrying on with the system that they’ve been using for a while now. Activision is one such company, as they are including microtransactions in Call of Duty: World War II .

The advent of such transactions in the game will be starting on November 21, 2017. In-game currency was meant to be included much sooner into the game, but Activision had to put it off to focus on other launch problems. This focus is now able to widen into other projects, which is leading to the release of in-game currency in Call of Duty: World War II . One nice bonus is that anyone who bought the digital version of the game will find themselves the lucky owners of a Call of Duty Point bonus. If you bought the digital version of Call of Duty: WWII you’ll have 1,100 Call of Duty Points in your account.

Activision hasn’t revealed what exactly players will be able to buy in Call of Duty: WWII with their Points. It’s pretty safe to say however that the items for purchase will probably be similar to previous Call of Duty games. So this will most likely include supply drops, inventory expansions, in-game perks, and more. Considering Call of Duty Points will be available already on November 21, it probably won’t be long before we find out what we can spend our hard-earned money on.
