Given the success of the downloadable prologue to Dead Rising 2, Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, which sold over 500,000 copies, it should come as no surprise that Capcom may have other “Cases” in the works. It just so happens they do, as they announced Dead Rising 2: Case West at their TGS press conference.  Capcom’s Keiji Inafune states “Case Zero was a prologue, so of course we need an epilogue.” Case West will be released after Dead Rising 2 and will see the return of the original title’s protagonist, Frank West. This downloadable title will see West and Greene (from Dead Rising 2) teaming up, apparently, with an included co-op mode as well. No date or price was given for the title, however, much like Case Zero, Case West will also be an Xbox 360 exclusive title. Be sure to check out the trailer HERE . |
