With Dead Rising 2 lumbering ever closer to its September 28th release date, new details about the game’s special editions and accompanying film have been unearthed. Firstly, the episodic release schedule for the full feature film Zombrex Dead Rising Sun has been officially laid out. According to the list, Xbox Live will be getting each batch of episodes a full week before they are released on the film’s official website. Best of all, they will be free to download. While both console’s special editions of Dead Rising 2 are very similar, there is one potentially major differences. Whereas the PS3 version will come with a Blu-Ray Disc featuring a “High-Definition 24 minute “Making of” featurette,” those who purchase the Xbox 360 version will get a DVD “with the 83 Minute “Zombrex Dead Rising Sun” motion picture and 24 minute “Making of” featurette.” It seems as though Xbox 360 owners will be getting all the zombie love when it comes to the Zombrex Dead Rising Sun film. |
