There are many iconic fighters in Arc System Works’ Guilty Gear series, and one of the most iconic is Dizzy. A young woman who is half human and half gear with wings representing light and dark, she’s always stood out. Partially because she’s very much a fan service character, but also because she’s a pacifist who never really wants to fight, but always gets pulled into battles. Turns out that’s happening again, as she’s coming to Guilty Gear -REVELATOR-.
Dizzy hasn’t been playable in a Guilty Gear game since Guilty Gear Judgement for the PlayStation Portable. She did appear in Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- last year, but wasn’t playable. Arc System Works held a fan vote to see which character should return to the series, and Dizzy won. She had 32,990 votes. Bridget came in second with 32,639, and Baiken rounded out the top three with 31,281 votes.
Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- will come to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in spring 2016. It’s a direct sequel to Xrd -SIGN-.
