Duke Nukem Forever DLC Coming This Fall

Duke Nukem Forever DLC Coming This Fall

None

What on earth can save Duke Nukem Forever after its lackluster release? DLC, of course. More DLC than you can possibly handle. DLC that gives the game personality beyond its original scope.

Gearbox has unveiled the Hail to the Icons Parody Pack, the first Duke Nukem Forever DLC pack. It will include four new maps, four new weapons, and three new modes, all for the game’s multiplayer. The maps will all be parodies of other first-person shooters, with Doom and Call of Duty specifically mentioned. How exactly these parodies play out is anyone’s guess, but knowing the Duke, they should be pretty over-the-top.

The DLC will be coming out sometime this fall, and is rumored to be sold for ten dollars on each platform. An official price has not been confirmed, but Gearbox mentioned the ten-dollar price point when they first announced the First Access Club. Members of said club will be able to get the DLC for free. Lucky them.

We will give you more information on the Hail to the Icons Parody Pack when it becomes available.
