Fallout: New Vegas Becomes Backward Compatible

Fallout: New Vegas Becomes Backward Compatible

Microsoft is doing a bang-up job keeping the Xbox One up to date. The company has been adding more backwards compatible Xbox 360 games to its list every day, and this week we’re getting seven more. Which is no big deal, right? New games are added every week. Except this week, Fallout: New Vegas is on the list.

For those who missed it, Fallout: New Vegas was Obsidian’s offshoot in the series, taking place between Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 . Both of which can already be played on the Xbox One. So this is quite an accomplishment, getting all three on the system now. It’s a definite bonus.

There were seven other games added to the Xbox One backwards compatibility list this week. You know, so Fallout: New Vegas has friends. If you have them, Blood Knights, Comic Jumper, Crystal Quest, Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, I am Alive, Joe Danger: Special Edition, and Red Faction: Battlegrounds all work too. Go ahead and check them out. I can personally attest that Fallout: New Vegas, Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara , and Joe Danger are all pretty fun.
