According to Executive Producer for Battlefield Ben Cousens at the Paris GDC, DICE has been and is currently working on five more Battlefield titles. GamesIndustry.biz reports that these titles will include another outing for consoles, three others for general PC audiences (Battlefield 3 anyone?), and another is being developed with Korean firm Neowiz specifically for the Korean market. Here’s the relevant portion of the statement Mr. Cousens made via IGN: “Since the start of this year I’ve been working as executive producer for the entire Battlefield franchise – we’ve got five titles in development at the moment, which is probably more than you expect.”
