GameStop’s Getting More Nintendo Switches in Stores

GameStop’s Getting More Nintendo Switches in Stores

Nintendo seems to always run into shortage problems with their products. Things have been absolutely bonkers in Japan, with people going crazy trying to get their hands on the Switch. Lotteries are being held to provide everyone in massive lines an equal chance at being able to purchase the system. Things are much less democratic over on American soil. Nintendo Switch suppliers are getting in tiny amounts of systems and selling them on a first come first serve basis. The most recent example is GameStop.

GameStop will be getting five units per each store. It will be up to that location to decide whether they want to put them on sale today or tomorrow. These will only be available in-store, which means you won’t find the Nintendo Switch restocked on GameStop.com. Call your local store to see if they still have any of the consoles available, or you can try lining up early tomorrow to see if there are any left.

May the odds be ever in your favor Nintendo Switch hunters. I’ll be rooting for you.
