Visionary developer Hideo Kojima of Metal Gear fame confirmed to IGN today at GDC 2009 that a new game is currently in the works. Though no details concerning what the game will entail have yet been revealed, Mr. Kojima did state that “An official game announcement will be made at E3.” As much as we loved MGS4: Guns of the Patriots, we’re not-so-secretly hoping for a brand-new IP. We’ll just have to wait until June!
