I love Gravity Rush so much. It was the most played demo on my PS Vita (I still have it on my main screen), and when the PS4 remaster came out I dove in and loved every second of it. This is the most exciting IP on PlayStation right now, in my opinion, and it shouldn’t be missed! Kat is a charming and lovable new superhero, navigation and combat are a joy thanks to some really interesting, gravity-defying mechanics, and the story is a lot of fun. As soon as you finish playing the original, you’ll be dying to get your hands on Gravity Rush 2 .
Thankfully, you won’t have too long to wait. Sony confirmed today that Gravity Rush 2 will be landing in North America on December 2! This is wonderful news because there were rumors floating around that this game could be seeing a delay into 2017. A new anime called Gravity Rush The Animation ~ Overture ~ will also be coming out before the game, and will bridge the gap between the original Gravity Rush and the sequel. The anime is being produced by Studio Khara, which is best known for its own on Rebuild of Evangelion . We don’t have a solid release date for the anime quite yet. Check out the new trailer below.
