Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is a weird title with a weird name. The subtitle is read as “Three-Five-Eight Days over Two”, and it is the fifth installment in the overall Kingdom Hearts series. This game follows Roxas, a popular character originally introduced in Kingdom Hearts 2. 358/2 takes place parallel to Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and provides extra context important for Kingdom Hearts 2. The game received a generally favorable score on Metacritic upon release. However, the game did face criticism for its control scheme and story direction.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Premise
358/2 Days is similar to the other games in the franchise, but not quite the same. Despite it being used on the touch control heavy console of the Nintendo DS, this title actually minimizes this functionality. One of the most interesting parts about this title is the fact it has a multiplayer mechanic, one that hasn’t returned to the series since. The multiplayer content was also designed in a way so that players can enjoy it solo if they preferred.

- Riku: Riku is trying to restore Sora, the protagonist of the series’, memories which is directly in conflict with the main characters of 358/2 Days.

Buy Zero Gear from the Moogle Shop after completing the game, equip it with Roxas, and add three Ability Units. If you are playing Mission Mode, this will let you play as dual-wielding Roxas. (In Story Mode, Zero Gear will gain the three abilities from the ability units, but it will revert to its original form, and you will not be able to dual wield.)

Unlock Limit Pass
To unlock the Limit Pass, beat every mission in Mission Mode at least once, including the first tutorial mission and the Vacation mission. You will earn Crowns next to every mission you complete, and once you get them all, the Limit Pass will be sold in the Moogle Shop for 10,000 heart points.
