Kojima Productions Logo Removed From The Silent Hills Website

Kojima Productions Logo Removed From The Silent Hills Website

Yesterday, Gamespot reported on a story confirming that the Kojima Productions logo has officially been removed from the Silent Hills website. This prominent logo was originally featured on the bottom-left corner of the page but is no longer there now. Strangely enough, the Fox Engine is still there and provides more questions than answers.

This latest chapter in the ongoing drama between Kojima and Konami is an interesting one that will lead many to wonder if the Metal Gear creator will have any input on this game. For all we know, Guillermo del Toro is currently still involved with the project but it remains to be seen how passionate he will be about it if Kojima won’t be working alongside him.

Silent Hills aka P.T. was easily the most frightening game last year (even though it was only a demo) and has the potential to be great if it still happens. Hopefully Konami and Kojima can at least work out a deal to get the game done as it would be a shame if this title never reaches its full potential.

Are any of you still interested in Silent Hills now that Kojima might not be a part of it? Please feel free to let us know your thoughts on the matter and more in the comments section below.
