Metal Gear Online Beta Test is back up and running. Players need to download the update patch and head back online. For those who have been out of the loop, due to an extremely large amount of server errors, the Metal Gear Solid Online Beta was officially closed in Europe and the United States back on April 21. Konami was forced to close down the Beta to non-Japanese participants as they were woefully unprepared for the sheer volume of testers that were bombarding their servers. Fortunately, the date of test closure has been pushed back from May 6, 2008 at 24:00 (PDT) to May 11, 2008 at 24:00(PDT).
