Microsoft Trademarks New Game Called Snap Attack

Microsoft Trademarks New Game Called Snap Attack

A new trademark by Microsoft has shown up in the United States Patent & Trademark Organization. Dated on April 3 rd , the trademark is for something called “Snap Attack” and covers all online computer gaming areas. This is the second trademark that Microsoft has filed in recent days. Another trademark for a game called “Secrets and Treasure” was filed back in March. Microsoft has not officially announced either game, and has not commented officially on either.

So what is Snap Attack? Perhaps it’s a Kinect game based around snapping your fingers? Maybe it is a game centered around taking pictures? Gamespot theorizes that it is a gameified version of the Xbox One’s “Snap” functionality that lets you run two apps at once. For now, all we know is rumor and speculation.
