On Sunday night, Xbox Head Phil Spencer sent out an interesting tweet confirming that Microsoft will reveal a new IP at their E3 2015 media briefing in June. Spencer also stated that this year’s show would focus more on first party games rather than the traditional third-party content from their past shows.
This new IP could be literally anything and thus fans everywhere should be excited by this news. It is also worth noting that Rare is no longer making Kinect games and we can therefore expect to hear more about their new project soon.
Microsoft surprised fans in the past when they revealed Ryse: Son of Rome , Sunset Overdrive , and Spellbound at their past shows. Luckily, we don’t have to wait too much longer now to see exactly what their next exciting game will be.
