After last week’s rumors about HD media and incredible processors, this week’s rumors seem to be a bit more on the conservative side. Several online sources are reporting that Nintendo’s new console will feature an underwhelming 8 GB of onboard memory and an expansion SD slot for anything else you might need to store on the system.  The output is now also rumored to be at 1080i (not “true” 1080p HD) but curiously, the disc format will hold 25GB of storage (the same as a Blu-Ray disc). As always, take all of these with a grain of salt, as pretty much everything about this console is up in the air right now. |
