Well, here’s a bit of Nintendo news that’s NOT rumor and speculation: Nintendo has confirmed the existence of a Wii “successor.” The press release doesn’t include a name for the console, and only refers to it as the next console from Nintendo.  In addition to confirming the system’s existence, the press release goes on to say that the console will be shown off at E3, and in a moderately surprising move, will be playable at the show. Perhaps Nintendo is hoping to steal the show this year with “Project Cafe” the same way they did last year with the Nintendo 3DS! |
