RUMOR: Halo 2 Anniversary In Development

While by no means a surprising move, one would have to speculate just for what platform the rumored remake would release. With Halo 2 first dropping in 2004, it’d be a bit strange for 343 to release an “Anniversary” edition for a title only nine years after its initial release. It’d make more sense for the purported FPS to come in 2014 instead, and since the next Xbox is supposedly going to be released by then, well…could we be looking at a potential Xbox 720 launch title?

Of course, all of this is pure speculation for now, but if any new word is given, we’ll be sure to update.
