Dragonborn, the forthcoming downloadable content pack for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, will purportedly feature dragon mounting.
Skyrim PC players discovered code within the files found in the game’s most recent update, with multiple references mentioning “DLC2” and “Dragonborn”.
The files also contain a hint of the inclusion of dragon mounting, as well as the fact that players will be capable of returning to Elder Scrolls III’s Morrowind setting.
Elsewhere, Skyrim’s latest 1.8 patch entered its beta phase and is now availableto download via Steam.
The patch, which will launch on the PS3 and Xbox 360 at a later date, includes fixes for the following bugs:
- General memory and stability improvements
- Fixed rare crash when using vampiric grip
- Fixed issue where Arnleif and Sons Trading Company could become permanently locked
- Fixed issue related to duplicate NPCs Fixed rare issue where exterior door would not open properly
