Sea of Thieves is set to release on March 20, and needless to say, a lot of people are getting psyched. Seems the people over at Microsoft/Xbox have also caught the bug, as they have announced a special deal for pirate fans. Participating retailers will be selling the Xbox One X, and Xbox One S, with a free copy of Sea of Thieves .
For those who need to go the slightly more affordable route, you’ll be able to pick up an Xbox One S bundled with Sea of Thieves . This will include a digital copy of the game, one month’s access to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass, as well as an Xbox Wireless Controller, and a 1TB Xbox One S. This will cost $299.99 and is already open for pre-orders.
If you’ve got some more extra cash lying around, you can go for the more elite bundle. The Xbox One X Sea of Thieves bundle will include a digital copy of the game. This will market for $499.99 and will be for sale between March 18 and March 24. Xbox warns that some retailers might have different start or end dates. So if you know where you want to pick it up, it certainly doesn’t hurt to ask when they will be available there specifically.
There’s all kinds of other Sea of Thieves branded items available for super fans if they like: a Sea of Thieves limited edition Xbox Wireless Controller, Xbox Pro Charging Stand, Xbox One Controller Stand V2.0, and Seagate Special Edition 2TB Game Drive. All of these are of course decorated in Sea of Thieves colors and branding.
