Digital Eclipse’s next project has a release date. The developers of renowned history projects Mega Man Legacy Collection, The Disney Afternoon Collection , and Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection are now collaborating with legendary arcade company SNK on the SNK 40th Anniversary Collection . This week, Nintendo released a trailer revealing the release date for this Switch-exclusive package.
SNK 40th Anniversary Collection is officially dropping on November 13, 2018. Published by NIS America, this collection will feature the likes of Ikari Warriors, Psycho Soldier, TNK III, Guerilla War, Vanguard, Crystalis, P.O.W., Athena, Alpha Mission, Ikari III: The Rescue, Victory Road, Prehistoric Isle, and Street Smart . More games are included as well, but have yet to be announced.
Of course, also included in the game will be DVD-like special features, which have driven the stellar reputation of Digital Eclipse’s releases. These efforts have included hand-scanned game boxes, concept art, marketing materials, design documentation, and more.
