Last week, trademarks were spotted for two unannounced-at-the-time games from Sony: Rain and Until Dawn. There was no word from the company regarding them, no details of what they might entail or whether they even existed, just the names trademarked and left to incite speculation. Today at Gamescom, Sony unveiled both titles during their press conference. Until Dawn, as the name might imply, appears to be a survival horror game set in a decrepit cabin and the woods surrounding it. It has that slasher-flick feel (along with the appropriate quality of acting) and promises PlayStation Move support for weapons and items. There are seven characters, all of whom must be kept alive until, you guessed it, dawn.
No word on either game’s release, but both look very interesting. By Shelby Reiches |
