South Park: The Fractured But Whole Has Been Delayed

South Park: The Fractured But Whole Has Been Delayed

History repeats itself. South Park: The Stick of Truth was delayed, both due to the THQ closure and other development-related issues. Now South Park: The Fractured But Whole is suffering from the same fate. Instead of arriving on December 6, it will be released in early 2017.

Unfortunately, no specifics were offered as to why South Park: The Fractured But Whole is being delayed. Instead, Ubisoft offered a generic explanation. “The development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal.” You know, the usual.

This probably isn’t the worst thing. We’re going to be getting Dead Rising 4, Final Fantasy XV, Gravity Rush 2, The Last Guardian, Pokemon Sun and Moon , and Watch Dogs 2 at the end of November and beginning of December. The end of this year is packed. At least this means South Park: The Fractured But Whole will get more attention.
