Suda 51 Announces Sine Mora

Suda 51 Announces Sine Mora

None

Suda 51, best known as the creator of offbeat games such as Killer 7 and No More Heroes, announced a new game and a new publishing deal today (via IGN). Grasshopper Manufacture, Suda 51’s studio, has signed a publishing deal with Digital Reality. No details about this deal were given, except for the announcement of the first game to be co-developed by the two companies.

The game in question is Sine Mora, a downloadable shoot ’em up that will be released for both PSN and XBLA next year. As one would expect from Suda 51, Sine Mora won’t just be a standard shmup, but will instead be mixing “traditional side-scrolling gameplay with unique time manipulation mechanics.” Talking about this new publishing deal, Suda 51 states “We think we can strongly benefit from having an ally such as Digital Reality in the digital publishing realm, who can provide long term online publishing services to its partners and to gamers.”
