Take-Two Files Trademark for Bully Crest in Europe

Take-Two Files Trademark for Bully Crest in Europe

Remember Bully , the Grand Theft Auto- style game that had you following a reckless child that was more than willing to break a rule or two? Well, it looks like Take-Two may want to bring the series back as it just filed for a brand new trademark for Bully Bullworth Academy: Canis Canem Edit. Many of you may remember that Canis Canem Edit was the title the game had in PAL regions. It’s latin for “dog eat dog.” Subtle…

Strangely enough, the trademark isn’t necessarily for a new video game. In fact, it appears to be a trademark for the fictional Bullworth Academy’s crest. But you have to wonder, why would Take Two be trademarking this crest now? Are they going to release a brand new Bully game? Perhaps they are just going to re-release the original. That being said, Bully has a strong fan following, and Rockstar has gone on record saying that it would love to make a Bully sequel.

Here’s hoping that this trademark means good things for the future of the franchise. We will bring you more information about the Bully series as it becomes available.
