Telltale Announces Three New Games

Telltale Announces Three New Games

It would seem Telltale Games was doing their best this week to win the “Fake-Out” of the year award. I’d say they certainly succeeded when you consider their announcements regarding their popular title, The Wolf Among Us . The first season of the game ended in a cliffhanger, and fans have been wondering for seemingly ages whether or not they’d get any closure. Telltale said that they didn’t want anyone to get their hopes up, as they would not be making any more of The Wolf Among Us . It’s clear this was a blatant attempt to throw people off the scent, as Telltale made another announcement today. It would seem The Wolf Among Us Season Two is in the works, and set to release some time in 2018.

While this is already shocking news considering the previous messages Telltale was spreading, they weren’t done. They also announced the last and final season of their Walking Dead series. Players will take on the role of Clementine once again in the conclusion to the award winning series. This final season of The Walking Dead will release sometime in 2018 as well.

Finally there was one more surprise announcement from Telltale involving everyone’s favorite superhero without superpowers, Batman. The first series featuring the infamous cape and cowl wearing hero. Batman: The Telltale Series , clearly did well enough to warrant a second coming. Batman: The Enemy Within is the new entry in the series that will include five parts. The first episode, “The Enigma,” will be releasing on August 8 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Mac. Android and iOS versions of the episode will follow later in the year.

Whew, that’s a lot of Telltale games! Are you excited?
