As reported by VG24/7, Jagex Games Studio’s Transformers Universe entered Open Beta last weekend, and it may likely remain in Open Beta until further notice.
According to VG24/7, the game has been in Closed Beta since March, during which time two billion battles were racked up by participating players.
What’s more, to help newcomers to the game catch up with those who were already in the Closed Beta, there will be double experience on offer for those who want it.
Transformers Universe was originally conceived as an MMORPG, but over the years it has since changed to something more akin to a MOBA, according to VG24/7. The game is slated to release this summer for PC.
